Who is Bluetracesph?
Bluetracesph is the name of our shop. Run solely by a mom who loves to craft.
How do I contact you if I want a personalized product?
You may send us a message via the Contact Form. Indicate details of your request and we will get back to you with a quote. You may follow the below format (copy and paste on the Contact Form and add your details):

- Cover Print (select any cover design on our website and indicate name/ title of the design on your message/ email. Otherwise, just indicate "plain white cover":

Customization options depend on the availability of leather and our current capacity. Please message us first to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
What are your payment options?
Website payment option is through PayPal, ewallet, bank transfer, etc. Just click the"More payment options" upon check-out. You may also check our Purchase Options' Page to purchase manually.
Do you accept international orders?
No. But we can make exceptions. Just feel free to send us a message through the Contact Form.
Can I cancel my order?
It depends on the situation. However, we do not accept cancelations for custom orders. You may always send us a message if there is a situation you want us to help you with.
How much is your shipping fee?
The delivery cost is 90php for Metro Manila and 140 or more for other provinces via Gogoxpress. It may vary depending on variables like weight, etc. Verify the shipping fee before completing your purchase.
How fast do you fulfill orders?
We book shipping right away as soon as an order is placed and ships the next day; except on Sundays. We ship only from Mondays to Saturdays. For custom and pre-order items, processing would take 2-7 days depending on the bulk or complexity of the order.
Do you provide tracking numbers for deliveries?
Yes, tracking numbers are provided and emailed to you as soon as an item is shipped.
How to create an account on your website?
To create an account, click the "user/ account icon" on the upper right corner of your screen and follow the prompts. When using a mobile phone, you may access it by clicking the "hamburer menu/icon on the upper left corner of your screen and then locate the "user/ account icon" on the lower portion of the menu.
