Bluetracesph is the name of our shop. Run solely by a mom who loves to craft.

How do I contact you if I want a personalized product?

You may send us a message via the chat box located on the lower right portion of the screen. Send us details of your request and we will get back to you with a quote.

What are your payment options?

Website payment option is through Paypal but you may also pay manually through Gcash and bank transfers. You may also send us a message if you need assistance.

Do you accept international orders?

No. But we can make exceptions. Just feel free to send us a message through the chat box so we could give you a quote.

Can I cancel my order?

It depends on the situation. However, we do not accept cancelations for custom orders. You may always send us a message if there is a situation you want us to help you with.

How much is your shipping fee?

The delivery cost is starts at 80php for Metro Manila and Laguna. 140 or more for other provinces. Verify the shipping fee before completing your purchase.

How fast do you fulfil orders?

We book shipping right away as soon as an order is placed and ships the next day; except on Sundays. We ship only from Mondays to Saturdays. For custom and pre-order items, processing would take 2-5 business days depending on the bulk or complexity of the order.
